Today our whole school joined together for a Remembrance Assembly. Mr McCambley led the assembly, highlighting the importance of the Poppy, explaining to the children how the leaf of the poppy should always be set at the 11 o'clock position. This is to remind us of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month when the armistice was signed.
