P7 hosted a spectacular 'Night at the Oscar's' to celebrate the end of their Waringstown Journey. Everyone enjoyed the performance as the very special awards were announced accompanied by some funny photographs and lively singing. Have a look through our photo gallery to see how much fun was had!

Constable Ross Thompson and Gwen Bartley from the Police and Community Safety partnership presented Primary 7 with Hi-Viz vests and spoke reflectors to celebrate both classes completing a safe cycling programme in school. Constable Thompson answered lots of questions about community policing and Gwen reinforced the importance of being safe and seen whilst out on the roads.

Having recently returned from their 5-day London Residential, Primary 7 received their Leavers Hoodies in Assembly.

Pictured alongside the multi-coloured P7 Group are some of the staff who accompanied the children to London.

Both P7 classes received a very special invitation to visit The Lord Mayor of ABC council, Paul Greenfield, at his office in Armagh.
 
It was very exciting to find out how local government works before we visit the Houses of Parliament in London. We were allowed to try on the Mayor’s ceremonial chain and take office for a few minutes. Some of us proposed popular motions abolishing homework but Mrs Erskine and Mrs Humphreys vetoed those ideas straight away! The frogs in the whistling tunnel were a special highlight of the day!
