Primary 5 recently enjoyed a trip to the Palace Stables, Armagh to celebrate National Tree Week. The children engaged in various learning experiences such as Tree Identification, classifying them into groups and measuring the buds. The children also participated in a Drama Workshop based on the Woodcutter before finishing with an educational insight into the many different habitats around the Palace grounds. The children enjoyed taking their learning outside of the classroom and showed exemplary behaviour while on the visit. Well done Primary 5! View our picture gallery to see how we got on:

Primary 5 Mrs Williamson's class recently enjoyed having Miss Robinson in their classroom. Miss Robinson was a super student teacher and worked P5 really hard . . . they really enjoyed the Art and Design lessons where they got to make an Egyptian Mummy and Egyptian Jewellery. The children said a sad farewell to Miss Robinson and hope that she will keep in contact with them over the rest of the year.
