Congratulations to the school football team after winning its section of the Mid Ulster League. The boys now go through to the Elite Champions League to face two more games, before the eventual overall winners are decided. Mr Brown and Mr Somerville are delighted with the progress so far and congratulate the boys on their achievement. The boys have also reached the final eight of the Mullen cup.

Waringstown Primary School boys' football team has reached the final of the Mid-Ulster cup. The boys will play Millington Primary School from Portadown in the final to be held at Tandragee Rovers football ground which is situated just outside Tandragee on the main Gilford road.

The football team is set to play a very important match this Wednesday, having reached the semi-finals of the Mullen cup. The match against Dromore Primary School is to be played on top pitch at 2:30pm this Wednesday.
The winners of this semi-final match will progress to the final which is to be played at Tandragee Rover's football ground this Friday evening (8th April). Kick off will be 6:00pm.
