Waringstown Primary School boys' football team has reached the final of the Mid-Ulster cup. The boys will play Millington Primary School from Portadown in the final to be held at Tandragee Rovers football ground which is situated just outside Tandragee on the main Gilford road.
To reach the final the boys defeated a strong Dromore Central Primary School team by 4 goals to 2 thanks to goals from Matthew Smylie (2), Ben Redpath (1) and Andrew Denver (1).
The boys would appreciate lots of vocal support from classmates, parents and friends of the school.
The whole community will be delighted to hear this news and the boys are already looking forward to their big night out.
Kick-off on Friday night will be 6pm...
