Mr Allen’s Primary 6 class recently completed an independent rainforest project, creating their own rainforest shoeboxes using a range of natural and man-made materials. Using leaves, sticks, mosses, grass and paper, the pupils carefully designed and constructed detailed models that showcased their understanding of the rainforest environment. This engaging activity encouraged creativity, independence and thoughtful application of their learning, with each shoebox reflecting the pupils’ individual ideas, effort and learning.
