Primary 6A had a wonderful afternoon investigating Viking Boat Hulls. Each child was set the challenge of designing and creating their very own Viking Longship Boat Hull, with only tin foil. Each child then had to estimate how many marbles their Boat Hull would hold before sinking. The marbles were then placed in the hull and the children recorded their results. A huge total of 66 marbles was the eventual winner! Well done to all who participated.
