We were incredibly proud of the Junior and Senior Choirs who having practised very hard attended Portadown Music Festival recently.
The Junior Choir received very high marks in their class and excelled in singing their two pieces. Thanks must go to Mrs K Park for her sterling work with the choir. They brought home the Ferguson Challenge Cup.
The Senior Choir, despite steep competition from excellent local school choirs, attained first place in their class and enjoyed high praise from this year’s adjudicator, Mr Jonathan Rea of New Irish Arts fame. Sincere thanks to Mrs J Davison for preparing the Senior Choir so well. The children excelled and performed two demanding pieces to a very high standard winning the JS Bright Shield for the highest mark in the whole Primary Section.

Hearty congratulations to the children for working so hard over the past number of weeks. The whole school community is incredibly proud of the performances and the exemplary way the children represented our school.
Our motto of Working, Playing and Succeeding TOGETHER was evident with the Craigavon Civic Centre filled by so many parents, grandparents and family supporters. We greatly value this support and never take it for granted.
