
Our Primary 6 pupils enjoyed a hands-on STEM challenge, designing and building their own Viking Longboats using tinfoil. They had to estimate how many marbles their boats could hold before sinking, before testing their predictions! The activity encouraged creativity, problem-solving and teamwork while exploring the concepts of floating, sinking and buoyancy. There were plenty of exciting discoveries along the way! Click 'read more' to see the rest of the photos...
