Primary 5 pupils at Waringstown Primary School recently enjoyed a fantastic Egyptian Day, filled with excitement and hands on learning. The boys and girls arrived dressed in stunning traditional Egyptian outfits, setting the tone for a day packed with themed activities. Throughout the day, pupils explored the fascinating Egyptian number system, took part in craft and history based tasks and even had the chance to meet a mummy! The highlight of the morning was a colourful Egyptian parade during assembly, where children proudly showcased their costumes to the whole school.
