As part of their World Around Us (WAU) topic on Northern Ireland, Primary 5 pupils enjoyed an exciting and educational visit to Forest School. During the workshop, the children used natural materials such as leaves, twigs, bark and stones to create beautiful name plates representing the counties and rivers of Northern Ireland.
This hands-on activity helped consolidate their classroom learning in a creative and memorable way, encouraging teamwork, outdoor exploration and a deeper connection to their local environment.
