Primary 2 enjoyed a fantastic educational visit to Armagh Palace Stables. The children learned about the journey of an apple from the orchard to the factory then on to the shops and finally into our homes.
The pupils discovered how apple juice was produced in the 1700s and even learned how to make traditional apple potato bread. They also had the opportunity to get creative by making apple-themed crafts and took part in a variety of fun apple games and activities.
It was a wonderful day of learning, creativity and fun, and one that was thoroughly enjoyed by all the children.
