Primary 2 have been very busy baking some Christmas ginger biscuits. Every child had a role to play, from measuring and putting in the ginger to beating the mixture. We all waited with anticipation while the biscuits were baking, waiting at the door of the oven to see if we could smell the ginger. After waiting very patiently for them to cool, the children carefully decorated them with icing sugar and sweets. We gingerly put them in the little bags and sealed them very carefully.... Enjoy!!!
