As part of the Primary 1 'Fun in the Sun' topic the children made ice lollies and learnt how this keeps them from getting dehydrated. It helps them to stay cool in the summer and stay hydrated. As part of the investigation we discussed the changes from liquid to solid and back to liquid again.
