Our Digital Leaders recently delivered a highly engaging and informative assembly, showcasing their impressive digital skills, confidence and creativity. Leading the assembly themselves, they demonstrated how technology can be used positively to support learning while also reinforcing the importance of responsibility in the digital world.
A key focus of the assembly was online safety. The Digital Leaders shared clear and age appropriate messages about staying safe online, protecting personal information and showing respect when communicating digitally. Pupils were encouraged to think carefully about their online actions and to seek help if they ever feel unsure or unsafe.
The assembly also explored the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in everyday life. The Digital Leaders explained how AI can be a helpful learning tool when used sensibly, while reminding pupils that it should be used safely and responsibly.
The assembly was well received by pupils and staff alike and highlighted the vital role our Digital Leaders play in promoting safe, responsible and effective use of technology across the school.
