As our P4s have been learning about compass points and bearings in the classroom, today in Forest School they had to write down the directions to find specific items. Using clip boards, the children worked in groups to create the easiest route to a specific item. After a short time, the groups switched clip boards and had to follow the bearings that different group had written out, to make sure they were correct.
The children enjoyed taking their learning outside.
