On Monday 20 June, New-Bridge College Bio Diversity Team joined us to plant a native tree species (cherry tree), to celebrate their 20 Year anniversary. New-Bridge College has nurtured a collection of three native tree species since 2012, provided by the Woodland Trust. In recognition of the bonds established with our own school, both in the past and the present, their Bio Diversity Team students came to plant one of the native tree saplings in our school grounds with the help of our Primary 7 student due to follow in their footsteps to New-Bridge College in the autumn of 2016.

We would like to thank Mrs McIlvor (Head of Geography Department/Bio Diversity Group Leader at New-Bridge College) at their Bio Diversity Team for organising this significant event.
