This week, Primary 3 class put their creativity and scientific curiosity to the test with a fantastic investigation involving toy buggies made from egg cartons.
The children designed their own buggy and showcased a wonderful selection of colourful designs on the starting grid. The fun didn’t stop there as the budding engineers went on to race their vehicles on various surfaces to observe how the different textures affected the speed and performance of their buggies.
From the smooth wooden floor in the assembly hall to bumpy tarmac in the playground we tested the buggies to their limit! The children had great fun and enjoyed a healthy dose of competition. It was a joy to see their excitement as they cheered on their buggy and their competitive spirit was infectious!
Well done, Primary 3!
