Dear parents

I trust that you and your families are all staying safe and keeping well in these most challenging days.

As of yet, we still don’t have key information as to the how or when schools will re-open. Therefore, as part of the next step in our contingency plans, teachers have worked extremely hard to create a second four week Learning Pack. The Pack will begin on Monday 04 of May. Communication from and with teachers will continue through SeeSaw.

As happened previously, the Learning Packs will have to be collected from school and with this is mind the main School Mall will be open on Friday 01 May (9.30am – 3.00pm) and again on Monday 04 May (9.30am - 3.00pm). We ask that you simply collect the Learning Pack from the school Central Mall, avoiding conversation with any other parents in the building at that time. There should be no more than two adults in the Central Mall at any time, so please be vigilant and observe social distancing rules. (The Mall doors will be off the Buzzer System so access is more straight forward enabling you to enter and leave with ease)

We have Key Worker children in school so we ask that you DO NOT move to the classrooms or attempt to speak with staff who may be in the building. It is vital at this time that we avoid contact with other people.

My Board of Governors, staff and I extend very best wishes to each member of the Waringstown Primary School community.

My thoughts and prayers continue to be with you all.
