It can’t really be that day two has actually gone but that was reality when we stepped out of the Theatre tonight and headed back to the hotel. The children enjoyed a superb performance of ‘The Lion King’ and are now safely back at the hotel preparing for a good nights sleep to ensure they are ready to embark on another busy day in London.

So we have had a super morning of sunshine and sights. A photo opportunity at Buckingham Palace and then a visit to Houses of Parliament has kept us busy.
We have enjoyed a lovely lunch in Westminster Park to refuel and refresh before heading on to our next location. Lots more pics to be posted up after lunch today... so call back... and keep the comments rolling in! All comments are being relayed back to the pupils as they come in.

I think the photographic evidence says it all... Breakfast was a BIG HIT!!! Heading out for another busy day. Weather is bright and we are hopeful for some sunshine today. All children in good form. We have managed a few phone calls home this morning though don't fret if you haven't received a call ... no news is good news!

The children have had a wonderful first day in London. The castle in Windsor was busy as ever and we sensed an air of anticipation as the News Teams buzzed about us anticipating a Royal Birth.
The hotel were superb this evening; having all of our rooms ready for us upon arrival.
Jamie, our driver, took us straight out for a floodlit tour of London. Many photos were taken of the landmarks and we’re finally back to the hotel for a well-deserved sleep. No phone calls tonight as everyone is shattered! Be assured the children are all in good form.
Sincere thanks to Mr Egerton for his behind the scenes work on the school website and the London Blog. The children have enjoyed hearing your personal messages tonight as we were out for the tour of the city. Keep them coming please!
Thank you too to Mrs Fitzpatrick who has co-ordinated and booked every aspect of the London Trip once again. AMAZING and never taken for granted!
Goodnight from London!
