Day 1 is over!

The children have had a wonderful first day in a rather chilly London. The castle in Windsor was busy as ever and we sensed an air of anticipation as the preparations were well underway for Prince Harry’s wedding.

The hotel were superb this evening; having all of our rooms ready for us upon arrival.

George, our driver, took us straight out for a floodlit tour of London. Many photos were taken of the landmarks and we’re finally back to the hotel for a well-deserved sleep. No phone calls tonight as everyone is shattered! Be assured the children are all in good form.

Sincere thanks to Mr Egerton for his behind the scenes work on the school website and the London Blog. The children have enjoyed hearing your personal messages tonight as we were out for the tour of the city. Keep them coming please!

Thank you too to Mrs Fitzpatrick who has co-ordinated and booked every aspect of the London Trip once again. AMAZING and never taken for granted!

It was sunny here yesterday, but still cold. Today is a rainy one unfortunately. We hope you have a wonderful second day!

Oh yeah, the KS1 playground has been painted and there are now new cycling proficiency lanes and colourful hop scotch areas.
