We were on good time for 'The Lion King' in The Lyceum Theatre this evening. The children and staff thoroughly enjoyed the musical and it must be said style was edgy and behaviour good amongst the staff, sorry I meant the children!
We'd quite a late arrival back to our hotel hence we were unable to make calls home after the show which I hope you understand.
The health of the group has been very good with perhaps an over riding desire for a lie in being the only malady afflicting us all.
Thank you for all your kind comments on the school blog. We've tried VERY hard to keep up to date with regard to reading them out but if we've missed a few out please be assured it's accidental. This link with home is a wonderful encouragement to the children and provides an extra layer of reassurance.

News has reached Mr McCambley all the way in London that his children back in school have been working like superstars as Classroom Assistants in Primary One and Two. Well done indeed.
I'll send you a little podcast tomorrow and remember if you need any extra homework just get Mrs Fitzpatrick to ring me!
Continue to be good. We'll see you on Tuesday.

London simply could not happen without someone organising the trip for months in advance.
We must pay tribute to Mrs Fitzpatrick for her sterling work behind the scenes arranging group bookings, liaising with our hotel and taking care of every aspect of the London Field Trip.
THANK YOU MRS FITZPATRICK from all of the Waringstown Community !

A huge thank you to Mr John Egerton back in Waringstown. He's simply amazing as once I email the photos he immediately adds them to the site. What a superb friend to Waringstown PS.
We've had an extremely busy day 2 in London taking in Parliament with a guided tour, The London Eye, Wembley, a private 60 seater cinema viewing the Lego Movie all finished off with tea out in the Westfield Shopping Centre. The evening culminated with our Birthday Celebrations and some cake as we returned to the hotel.
The children are very tired tonight but have been well throughout today. We probably won't make many telephone calls tonight as mobiles are in need of a serious charge but rest assured your posts on the school blog have been read out over the course of the day as we travelled across London.
More news tomorrow but for now a sincere thank you for all your encouraging words from home and good night.
