P3 Trip to Cultra

Primary Three headed to Cultra as part of their Space topic to see Tim Peake’s return capsule . The class had a wonderful time trying on an astronaut’s space suit and learning all about Tim Peake’s adventure. The children enjoyed interacting with all the different vehicles in the centre.

P3 Push and Pull Toys

P3 have been making their own push pull toy during their activity based learning sessions.

The children carried out an investigation on which surfaces their car travelled best on.

They had lots of fun racing their toys against each other.

P3 Matthews Assembly

Today Mrs Matthews' Primary 3 class treated us to a beautiful Christmas Assembly reminding us of the true meaning of Christmas. All the children performed so well and had great fun.

It was also very special to have Mrs McClelland join us for this assembly and we were able to present her with gifts from the staff body and parents who contributed so much. Thankyou.

Mrs McClelland was extremely kind and gave each class a copy of The Jesus Storybook Bible to use as part of their RE curriculum.

We wish Mrs McClelland every blessing at Stranmillis University College and know she'll be back often to visit us.

Road Safety in P3

Helen from the Road Safety came to talk to Primary 3 about safety on the roads. She talked about the importance of florescent clothes in the dark winter nights. It was a great talk. The children learnt all about road safety and had great fun.

As an Ambassador Eco School we love having so many visitors in to share with our pupils.

P3McE Assembly

Primary Three had their assembly on Thursday 29 November. All the children enjoyed performing on the stage and singing their song ‘Nothings Too Big.’

Our assembly was about how God loves us even though we are all different. He made us all special.

What a great day!
