Please come along and enjoy an evening of fun and fellowship.

The Church Car Park is open to help alleviate traffic congestion in the village!

We encourage that children attend in old coats and clothes just in case the rain comes on again!

P4 Forest School - Week 7

Today in Forest School P4 completed a literacy task, in which they had to use materials to represent fiction, make a fiction story and use describing words for their fictional characters. Children were split into groups and one 'leader' from each group was given a container. The group had to collect a small amount of material which was placed in the container and missed together to make a 'potion.' The children then all gathered together to discuss their potions (what they were called, what they did).

Next, the groups had to decide on a fictional character that lived in the forest. Once they had decided on their character, they had to build a den for the character.

The forest school lesson was concluded with the usual evaluation session.
