Exceptional Closure - Friday 20 March

Dear parents,

With the fast changing Government response to the spread of Covid-19 we have taken the decision to move our Exceptional Closure from Monday 20 April to this Friday.

The Exceptional Closure will enable staff to prepare work for the imminent closure of schools in a systematic way.

Absent children’s work

Some children are absent from school because they or a family member are self-isolating which is in line with government advice.

It is simply impossible for staff to send Classwork home on a daily basis!

Those children self-isolating will be provided with the work pack when the government takes the decision to close the schools. In the meantime, please use the Educational websites available from our website.

If the school has to close before the work packs are ready for collection, they will be available in the School Mall on clearly labelled desks as in line with our contingency plan.

Thank you for your continued support as we seek to safeguard the whole school community!
